To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.       The original packaging must be intact.


 1.2 Time Limit

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.       After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.       Include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Cotige error or a defective product.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.       Refunds exclude the initial shipping charges.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for assistance.       We will arrange for a replacement.

We currently do not offer exchanges.       If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
